Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons horseradish mustard
  • 1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons of catsup
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • Boiled and peeled shrimp

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients (except shrimp) in blender; blend until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour mixture over shrimp; marinate at least 4 hours.
