Experiments with the new ice cream maker.

Chocolate

• 3/4 c milk
• 1/8 c sugar
• Splash cold brew
• 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 c heavy cream

Peppermint

• 1 cup milk
• 1/8 cup sugar
• Just a splash (1/2 tsp) peppermint extract
• 1/2 c heavy cream
• 2 drops red food coloring

Coconut

• 1 cup vanilla kefir
• 1/8 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp coconut extract
• 1/2 cups heavy cream

Preparation

Dissolve sugar in milk over low heat. Whisk in any dry ingredients or flavorings. Cool in ice bath, add cream.

Pour cooled mixture into ice cream machine.
